Dear Traders and Exhibitors

This years BHM African Market takes place outside the Forum in the centre of Norwich on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd October.

Once again we will not be asking traders to pay a stall fee but to contribute the reduced amount of 5% of their daily takings towards our costs (15% for food stalls).

In terms of the venue, although there is a big overhang which offers some protection from the elements it is still an outdoor event so we suggest that gazeebos and covered stalls be the order of the day. This also makes for a very attractive setting. Tables from the venue are likely to be very few so you will need to bring your own.

This time the trade stands will be mixed in along with the entertainment and exhibition stands so hopefully creating a more dynamic atmosphere, and will be advertised and distributed in 30,000 brochures going out across Norfolk. Please check this page to see the performance line up n both days.

For those traders who are accepted we will also need to receive a completed Traders Risk Assessment Form.
